Design: Illumina paired end sequencing of ribo-depleted total RNA, library prepared NEBNext Ultra II Directional RNA Kit
Submitted by: UConn Health
Study: Pyrococcus furiosus COM1 Raw sequence reads
show Abstracthide Abstract
Pyrococcus furiosus MNase protected DNA was sequenced to determine patterns of protein binding to the chromosome, particularly near CRISPR arrays. Histones were identified as a key binding protein and were used in an in vitro integration study to determine their influence on CRISPR spacer integration. Both the in vitro integration sequencing data and the MNase-Seq data are available here.
Sample: Histone profile for Pyrococcus furious
